32.1.500: Written Permission Required. Prior to commencement <br />of professional filming, all permitees are required to obtain and <br />submit to the City evidence of written permission to enter the <br />property from all property owners and tenants of each location <br />used for professional filming, and all property owners and tenants <br />of those properties surrounding the location that will be directly <br />affected by the professional filming. <br />32.1.600: Written Notice Required. Not less than seventy two (72) <br />hours prior to commencement of professional filming, all <br />permitees shall provide written notice to all property owners or <br />tenants within a 300-foot radius of the professional filming <br />location. <br />32.1.700: Professional filming Hours. Professional filming shall <br />not be permitted between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. <br />except as specifically allowed by the Film Liaison. <br />32.1.800: Insurance Requirements. All permitees shall have <br />insurance coverage of the type and in the amounts specified by the <br />Film Liaison. Evidence of compliance must be submitted to the <br />Film Liaison prior to professional filming. Each permittee shall <br />hold harmless, defend and indemnify the City, its elected officials, <br />officers, and employees from and against any or all loss, liability, <br />expense, claim, costs (including costs of defense), suits, and <br />damages of every kind, nature and description from the negligence <br />of the permittee or its agents. <br />32.1.900: Film Liaison. The Film Liaison is authorized to <br />promulgate any additional regulations necessary to effectuate the <br />provisions of this Title. The Film Liaison shall act with reasonable <br />dispatch and diligence in administering these regulations. <br />2 <br />
