M <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97- 62 (2787 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR <br />ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIRS, FISCAL YEAR 1995/96 <br />PROJECT NO.95-010-3106 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City of San Leandro and P & F CONSTRUCTION, INC., <br />(Contractor), dated JULY 17, 1995, ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIRS, FISCAL YEAR 1995-96, <br />PROJECT NO.95-010-3106 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and to <br />the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that <br />said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion, to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, the <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
