That on or about the 17th day of July 1995, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a <br />certain contract with P&F Construction, Inc., 1010 Thirty -Ninth Avenue, Oakland, CA 94601-4029 <br />as Contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, Annual Sidewalk Repairs For Fiscal Year <br />1995-96, Project No. 95-010-3106 of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Developers Insurance Company, P.O. Box 19725, Irvine, CA 92713 (714) 263-3300. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the June 2, 1997. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
