IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 64 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING PASSENGER LOADING ZONES <br />(8:00 A.M. - 5:00 PM, NO LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES) <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(LEWELLING BOULEVARD) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-835 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following street, streets, or portions of streets are deleted as <br />passenger loading zones between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (no longer than 3 minutes): <br />LEWELLING BOULEVARD, north side, beginning 86 feet easterly of Sunnyhaven <br />Street and extending 120 feet easterly; and beginning 271 feet easterly of Sunnyhaven Street and <br />extending 115 feet easterly. <br />Section 2.
