IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 77 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING AND DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING <br />(MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS) (1% HOUR PARKING, 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., <br />SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED) TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN <br />LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE (1390 WASHINGTON AVENUE) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following restricted parking in the municipal parking lot from <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, for more than 1'/z hours is deleted <br />from Chapter 14, Section 1400 of the San Leandro Traffic Code: <br />1390 WASHINGTON AVENUE, parking lot, except for the space designated for <br />handicapped parking. <br />Section 2. Parking in the following municipal parking lot form 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m., Sundays and holidays excepted, for more than 1'/z hours, shall be restricted as <br />follows: <br />1390 WASHINGTON AVENUE, parking lot "L", except for those spaces <br />designated for handicapped parking or 4-hour parking. <br />Section 3. The provisions of Section-2 shall be added to Chapter 14, Section 1400 <br />of the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Po7 vorosa and passed and <br />adopted this 16th day of June, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />
