25. Additional Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is subject to the following <br />additional terms and conditions, including all applicable conditions of approval for the General and <br />Precise Development Plans for PD-91-3 and the Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 6665: <br />(a) Reference: Paragraph 14. kTaintenance Security. Subdivider shall furnish the City <br />a maintenance and repair security in a form acceptable to the City Engineer in the <br />amount of FIFTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />(S52.700.00) to guarantee that all areas to be improved are free from defect for the <br />periods described below: <br />1. Prior to initial acceptance of any of the work constructed hereunder or the <br />release of any of the securities required under Paragraph 13., hereof, <br />Subdivider shall furnish the City a maintenance and repair security in the <br />amount of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($36,700.00) for the one year warranty period after initial acceptance of <br />entire work by the City as stated in Paragraph 14., hereof, and; <br />2. Concurrently with the execution of that certain Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6636, Subdivider deposited <br />with the City SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16.000.00) as a cash <br />security to guarantee the adequate function of the erosion control measures <br />shown on the plans and specifications for the improvement of said <br />subdivision.
