IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />f <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 80 (2752 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, <br />SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), <br />AND ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION <br />OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY <br />FOR TRACT 6648 <br />(Heron Bay, Phase 1 B, 97 Residential Units) <br />(Developer - DUC Development, Inc.) <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract <br />Map 6648, Heron Bay (formerly known as Robert's Landing), Phase 1 B, attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A", and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that <br />the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with <br />the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled "Tract 6648, A <br />Subdivision of Lot 31 of Tract 6810, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract Map 6648, <br />Heron Bay, Phase 113, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, has <br />certified that said final map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is <br />technically correct, and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 <br />of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6648 on behalf of the City. <br />B. That the parcels of land offered for dedication to the public for the purposes described <br />on Sheet 1 of 5 of the final subdivision map for Tract 6648, said parcels being designated as Parcels <br />
