C9 IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 97- 79 (2 8 2 6) RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY FOR TRACT 6665 (A Portion of Phase 2A, Heron Bay, 63 Residential Units) (Developer - Roberts Landing Inc.) Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract Map 6665, Heron Bay (formerly known as Robert's Landing), Phase 2A, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled "Tract 6665, A Subdivision of Lot 30 of Tract 6810, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract Map 6665, Heron Bay, Phase 2A, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said final map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 6665 on behalf of the City. B. That the parcels of land offered for dedication to the public for the purposes described on Sheet 1 of 4 of the final subdivision map for Tract 6665, said parcels being designated as "Public
