CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />FOR <br />VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 7133 <br />1-01 i0mi <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-315 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have examined the <br />Vesting Tentative Maps for Tract 7133 and find that they are in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 <br />of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon satisfactory completion <br />of the requirements of the Conditions of Approval listed below. <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />I recommend the following Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7133: <br />A. GENERAL CONDITIONS: <br />1. Site Improvement Plans for all on -site improvements and street improvement plans for off -site <br />improvements shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to approval of the Final Map. All improvements shall be designed and constructed in <br />accordance with the City's Design Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans, unless otherwise <br />specifically approved by the City Engineer. Off -site improvements include, but are not limited to, the <br />following: drainage, sidewalk, utilities and landscaping; water mains and fire hydrants; sanitary <br />sewer; utility undergrounding; and any other off -site improvements listed herein, and necessary for a <br />complete and acceptable public improvement project. <br />2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the City HEREBY <br />NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval period (in which the applicant may <br />protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed on this <br />Project by these Conditions of Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this <br />Project. If the applicant/property owner fails to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying <br />with all of the requirements of Government Code Section 66020, they will be legally barred from later <br />challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br />3.
