shall be 16 feet, and 14 feet for Lots 4 — 7 and Lots 9 — 11. Parking shall be allowed on westside of <br />Santa Rosa Street only between Lots 4 & 5, 6 & 7 and 9 & IO.The remaining portions of the street <br />shall be designated "No Parking" as approved by the Transportation Administrator. <br />2. Any proposed striping modifications on Estudillo Avenue, Santa Rosa Street and Joaquin Avenue <br />shall be as approved by the Transportation Administrator. <br />3. The Subdivider shall replace the existing curb and gutter, sidewalk and handicap ramps along the <br />entire project frontage along Estudillo Avenue, Santa Rosa Street and Joaquin Avenue. The sidewalk <br />shall be a monolithic sidewalk with a minimum width of eight feet and to match existing sidewalks in <br />the area. In order to mitigate the expected impact due to the repetitive use by construction vehicles <br />and the numerous excavations for sanitary sewer and water installation and lateral connections, the <br />Subdivider shall reconstruct Santa Rosa Street between Estudillo Avenue and Joaquin Avenue to the <br />center of the roadway and by grinding and applying a two inch asphalt overlay over the remainder of <br />the roadway. <br />4. The Subdivider shall install additional street lights to match the type of existing street lights along the <br />project frontages. The exact number, location and construction of the electroliers shall be as approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />C. STORM DRAINAGE <br />1. Storm drainage service from the project shall be provided as directed and approved by the City <br />Engineer. The site shall be graded to maximize runoff over grassed and landscaped areas and <br />eliminate direct connections to the storm system and to ensure no runoff onto neighboring properties. <br />D. GRADING AND EROSION CONTROL <br />Prior to the approval of the first Final Map, the Subdivider shall submit all information including a <br />Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology Reports, in the accordance <br />with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code Title VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a <br />grading permit. <br />2. The Subdivider shall comply with the regulations and provisions contained in the City's Grading <br />Ordinance, the City's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Permit, and the National Pollutant Discharge <br />Elimination System (NPDES), to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board. <br />3. The project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) shall include stormwater pollution <br />prevention and control measures for the operation and maintenance of the project during and after <br />construction for the review and approval by the City Engineer.
