l <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />7154, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7154 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />the Engineer's Report and the Planning Commission, attached and incorporated by reference hereto <br />as Exhibit A. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted <br />this 15th day of November, 1999, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Council Member Galvan <br />Attest: ?"i"i" <br />Gayle Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />L <br />( 0 ) <br />( 1 ) <br />
