Section 22.4 Memorandum of Lease <br />A memorandum of lease referring to this Lease shall be executed by Landlord and <br />Tenant concurrently with execution of this Lease and recorded in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County, California. <br />Section 22.5 No Waiver <br />The failure of a party to seek redress for violation of, or to insist upon the strict <br />performance of, any covenant or condition of this Lease shall not be deemed a waiver by <br />such party of its rights to such redress for a prior, concurrent, or subsequent violation of the <br />same or any other covenant or condition of this Lease. <br />Section 22.6 Invalidity of Particular Provisions <br />If any term or provision of this Lease or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance, to any extent, shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease, <br />or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as <br />to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term and <br />provision of this Lease shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br />Section 22.7 Entire Agreement <br />This Lease contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to <br />the subject matter hereof.
