IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 16 6 (2863 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TRACT 7093; MEDALLION, PHASE I, <br />ADJACENT TO 701 FREMONT AVENUE; <br />DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC. <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7093, <br />Medallion, Phase 1, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br />design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7093, <br />Medallion. Phase 1, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7093, Medallion, <br />Phase 1, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said <br />Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; and <br />that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7093 on behalf of the City. <br />B. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 7093 on behalf of the City. <br />
