IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 94 (2323 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />FOR LEADERSHIP SAN LEANDRO PROGRAM <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber of <br />Commerce, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City. <br />Introduced by Council Member Young and passed and adopted <br />this 4th day of August, 1997 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Lothrop, Pclvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (6) <br />Noes: None (p ) <br />Absent: Council Member Loeffler (1) <br />Attest: <br />Ga e Pet sen, City Clerk <br />
