K <br />99082836 <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 17 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FORTH E <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO'S INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY <br />AT 960 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has previously approved a letter of <br />intent and prepared the form of the Disposition and Development Agreement <br />between the Agency and Creelcside Center Associates for the development of the <br />Creelcside Center; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the Icev terms of the Agreement is to convey the property <br />at 960 San Leandro Boulevard to Creelcside Center Associates for due consideration; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, both the Agency and the City of San Leandro have an interest in <br />the property at 960 San Leandro Boulevard. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Redevelopment Agency hereby accepts the Quitclaim Deed for the. <br />City of San Leandro's interest in the property at 960 San Leandro Boulevard. <br />
