IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-170 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING RESTRICTED PARKING, BUS LOADING ZONE, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1,OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />LARK STREET <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following bus loading zone is deleted from Chapter 9, Section 910, of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code: <br />LARK STREET, west side, beginning 379 feet southerly of 142nd Avenue and extending 30 <br />feet southerly. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />6d' day of December 1999, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Member Galvan, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None <br />( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Glaze <br />( 1 ) <br />Attest: <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk <br />
