IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-171 (10 2 2 ) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESTRICTED PARKING, PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1, OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />LARK STREET <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. Amend that portion under "Passenger Loading Zones" which reads: <br />LARK STREET, west side, beginning 127 feet south of 142"d Avenue and extending 252 feet <br />southerly, and beginning 409 feet south of 142"d Avenue and extending to the north curbline of Russ <br />Avenue, extended. <br />To read: <br />LARK STREET, west side, beginning 127 feet south of 142"d Avenue, extending 508 feet <br />southerly. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />6d' day of December 1999, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None <br />( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br />Attest:` v <br />Gayle Petersen, City Cler <br />
