IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 172 (2575 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING ACCOUNTING REPORT <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) <br />AND FOR PARK DEVELOPMENT FEES <br />(F.Y. 1998-99) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />(AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees <br />pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered the <br />data contained in the Accounting Report, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby approve and confirm the accounting record covering the collection of all <br />development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest <br />earnings, other income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 1998-99 as more specifically set forth in <br />the Accounting Report. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />6th day of December, 1999 by the following called vote: <br />MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />Council Members Galvan, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: Council Member Glaze <br />A <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 1 ) <br />FAReso\DFSIRes.Doc <br />
