CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(PRIVATE RvIPROVEMENTS) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, executed in triplicate, for purposes of identification dated Apri 1 6. , <br />1998, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and ROBERTS LANDING. <br />INC., a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Subdivider," and SANTA CLARA LAND <br />TITLE COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as "Owner." <br />RECITALS <br />A Subdivider has presented to City a certain final map or parcel map of a proposed <br />subdivision of land located within the corporate limits of the City of San Leandro. <br />B. The proposed subdivision of land is commonly known and described as Heron Bay, <br />(formerly known as Roberts Landing) Phase 2A-2, a portion of APN 80G-910-20, and bears the <br />Subdivision Map Tract No. 6965. Said subdivision is hereinafter referred to as "the subdivision." <br />C. The map of the subdivision was filed with the City Engineer for presentation to the City <br />Council of City for its approval which map is referred to and incorporated herein. <br />D. Subdivider has requested approval of the map prior to the construction and completion of <br />improvements including, but not limited to, streets, highways or public ways, public utility facilities and <br />other facilities which are part of or appurtenant to the subdivision that are required by the Subdivision <br />Map Act, the Subdivision Regulations of City, the Tentative Map (and approvals given in connection <br />therewith) and final grading plan, if any, heretofore approved by City.
