IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 97- 109 (2829 ) I RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS) AND PARKLAND IN -LIEU FEE AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 6933 (20 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS AT 1320 AND 1380 OTTAWA AVENUE) (Developer - Waterford Associates, LLC) Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled "Tract 6933, Resubdivision of Lot 106, Tract 1232-33 Maps 71, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer has certified that said final map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 6933, heretofore approved, of which said final map is a part; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Waterford Associates, LLC, providing for the construction of improvements for the said project by December 30, 1998, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. The City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement. The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. FINDING The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan.
