the Engineering and Transportation Director will be reported to the City Council at its next <br />regular meeting thereafter. And it is further <br />RESOLVED, that for any property owner subject to improvement assessments, pursuant <br />to said District, who so requests, said assessments for said improvements may be paid in five (5) <br />equal, annual installments, including three percent (3%) per annum interest to begin running on <br />the 31st day after the confirmation of the assessments by the City Council. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this 4th day of <br />May, 1998, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: P'G xJ <br />Gayle P6tersen, City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />
