IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 115 (2575 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING ACCOUNTING REPORT <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />(F.Y.1996-97) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />on development fees for street improvements pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, <br />this Council has reviewed and considered the data contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City <br />Council does hereby approve and confirm the accounting record covering the collection of all <br />development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 1996- <br />97 as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br />2nd day of September, 1997. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />NOES: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />d <br />Attest: -Al <br />Gayle Petersen, City Clerk <br />F:\BudAdopt\ 1997-98\DFSIRes.Doc <br />
