ECHO Housing Services include referral to and investigation by State and Federal Agencies. (Includes staff monitoring and support of contracted services and participation in the Multifamily Management Assistance Program MMAP). This activity is City-wide. The majority of clients have incomes at or below 80% of the median. City-wide Leandro landlords through the Multifamily Managment Assistance Program. Positive cases submitted to DFEH and HUD. Citywide activity. The majority of clients have income at or below 80%. Four clients declined to state ethnicity. Budget includes FY 95/96 carried over funds for final 95/96 contract payment.
