IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 97- 135 (2832 ) RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), FOR TRACT 6533, MARINA VISTA, PHASE 5 (Developer - Dover Investments Corporation) Recitals There has been submitted to this Council a final subdivision map entitled "Tract 6533, Marina Vista, Phase 5, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer has certified that said final map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map for Tract 6379, heretofore approved, of which said final map is a part; that it is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Dover Investments Corporation, providing for the construction of on -site improvements for the said phase of the Marina Vista project by December 30, 1999, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. The City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement. The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. FINDING The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
