notify Subdivider of the amount of replacement security to be submitted. The City <br />Engineer shall be the sole and final judge of the adequacy of the form and amount <br />said replacement security. In no event shall the improvement security be reduced <br />below one hundred percent (100%) of the cost to complete the remaining <br />improvements. <br />(d) Insurance.
