SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 12 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />Chapter 6 Fee Schedule - Building Regulations <br />Heaters (air, water, and other kinds), <br />furnaces and welding machines: For each DW $ .85 up to a maximum of <br />or WA and fraction of either. $ 84. 5 0 for any one unit. <br />Fixed commercial appliances (connection on new or <br />existing circuits) not exceeding 1HP, kW or WA: <br />Medical/dental equipment, food cabinets, show cases, <br />laundry machines, motion picture machines, <br />specialty lighting, etc.) $ 8.00 <br />Fire Protection Systems, other than Smoke Detectors $11.75 <br />Smoke Detectors $ 3.50 <br />Motors, including starting and controlling apparatus <br />therefor and wiring between same and motor: <br />Up to and including 1 h.p. $ 3.50 <br />For each rated h.p and fraction thereof over 1 h.p. <br />to and including 10 h.p. $ 8.00 <br />For each h.p. and fraction thereof $ 2.00 up to a <br />exceeding 10 h.p. maximum of <br />$68.50 for any one unit <br />In instances of changes, renewals or replacement of said <br />apparatus, where no changes in wiring are necessary, the <br />fee shall be on half of the amount set forth above. <br />For motor generator sets, balancer sets, dynamotors and <br />converters, including control apparatus, the fee shall be <br />150% of the fees set forth above, with a maximum for one <br />such machine of: $68.50 <br />Generators, including switchboard and <br />controlling apparatus therefor and wiring <br />between same and generator: for each rated $ .85 up to a <br />maximum of kW or WA, and fraction thereof. $68.50 for any one unit <br />Transformers and balance coils, when not <br />05-19-97 6 Electrical Code <br />
