■ Feb. 26, 1996 Complaint to Community Standards by Gary Feliciano, on behalf of the <br />tenants in his complex, stating that he has received an increasing number of complaints <br />from his tenants regarding the St. Moritz tenants; also encloses letter from Washington <br />Convalescence indicating loitering and littering in that parking lot. <br />■ March 13, 1996 CSL Staff report refers to Feb. 28. 1996 Harold Ave. residents' petition <br />concerning access from St. Moritz to Harold and "associated problems." <br />■ June 6, 1996 letter from Gary Feliciano to Community Standards to follow-up on <br />complaints in 02/96 petition, and noting that pedestrian gate "creates constant parking and <br />nuisance problems" and that the vehicle gate "puts unwanted traffic onto an otherwise <br />quiet residential community." <br />■ July 8, 1996 letter from Barbara Tierney (Florestra Homeowners Association Inc.) to San <br />Leandro Planning Commission stating opinion that gate/access should be for emergency <br />purposes only. <br />■ Testimony at July 11' 1996 Planning Commission meeting: <br />Gary Feliciano, Harold Ave. resident, notes illegal activity and noise, <br />John Sullivan, property owner of St. Moritz Apts., notes that he reviewed police records <br />and found none documenting any alleged illicit activity; also noted that on -site property manager <br />picks up debris on a daily basis; <br />Joe Villareal, Harold Ave. resident, supports closing pedestrian gate; <br />Doris Villarreal, Harold Ave. resident, supports closing pedestrian gate and notes noise <br />associated with its use; <br />G:\JOANN\SMORrrL\RESFRqW.CC <br />
