General support for pedestrian gate: <br />■ Testimony at July 11 1996 Planning Commission meeting: <br />Valerie Blackful, tenant, supports leaving gate as is; <br />Kristine Kimmerle, tenant, supports leaving gate as is; <br />Roseann Sullivan, Emerald Properties; noting Harold is public street; supports <br />pedestrian gate; <br />Carol Avila, resident manager St. Moritzitz, general support; <br />■ Testimony at October 7- 1996 City Council meeting: <br />Ms. Blackfargo, resident of St. Moritz, testified that she finds it convenient to have a <br />pedestrian gate. She also noted that while the pedestrian gate has not always existed, one was not <br />previously needed before the sliding gate was put across the driveway; <br />Vivian Dinune, tenant of St. Moritz, testified to the desirability of the pedestrian gate, <br />especially for the elderly tenants, particularly because without it, pedestrians will be forced to <br />G:UOANNVSMORrrL\RE SFINDG.
