IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-141 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH SAFE MOVES RELATING <br />TO THE PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Safe Moves, a copy of which <br />is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and <br />adopted this 3rd day of November, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa; <br />Mayor Corbett (6) <br />Noes: None (p) <br />Absent: Council Member Young (1) <br />Attest: A.& /2�tQ - ') <br />ayle P ersen, City Clerk <br />
