IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 142 (2797) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT OF TONY LEMA <br />GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE/RESTAURANT <br />PROJECT NO. 95-596-8644 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and 3J Construction dated October 16, 1995, Roof <br />Replacement of Tony Lema Golf Course Clubhouse/Restaurant, Project No. 95-596-8644, has <br />been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and <br />to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br />that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion, to the satisfaction of the Engineering and <br />Transportation Director, of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said <br />contract, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
