4 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 75 (1219 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 002 <br />TO STATE - LOCAL ENTITY MASTER AGREEMENT NO. TSM/FCR-5041 <br />FOR THE CITYWIDE SIGNAL SYSTEM <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 002 between the City of San Leandro and The California <br />Department of Transportation, regarding the City's Citywide Signal System, copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW.
