2.20.3 Office, lunchroom, and all maintenance areas to be <br />cleaned in the same manner as the restrooms on the <br />course. <br />2.21 COURSE LIGHTING: All lighting systems shall be inspected on a <br />regular basis with faulty bulbs, fixtures or other malfunctions <br />repaired immediately upon detection as needed. <br />2.22 FENCE/GATES: All fences and gates shall be inspected <br />periodically with repairs made as needed to ensure a safe, secure <br />and aesthetically pleasing condition at all times. <br />2.23 LAKE MAINTENANCE <br />2.23.1 Lakes shall be cleaned a minimum of twice annually. <br />The filtration system shall be cleaned and maintained <br />in accordance with manufacturer's recommended <br />procedures and any repairs shall be performed by an <br />authorized, trained manufacturer's representative <br />during the warranty period.
