25.12 Captions. Captions in this Lease are included for convenience only and <br />are not to be taken into consideration in any construction or interpretation of this <br />Lease or any of its provisions. <br />25.13 Exhibits. The Exhibits referred to below and attached to this Lease are <br />incorporated herein as if set forth in full: <br />Exhibit "A" <br />- Legal Description of Facility <br />Exhibit "B" <br />- Schedule of Leased Personal Property <br />Exhibit "C" <br />- Schedule of Acquired Personal Property <br />Exhibit "D" <br />- Maintenance Standards <br />Exhibit "E" <br />- Renovation Budget <br />Exhibit "F" <br />- Schedule of Meetings, Tournaments, Banquets, and <br />Other Functions <br />Exhibit "G" <br />- Insurance Requirements <br />Exhibit "H" <br />- Memorandum of Lease <br />25.14 Further Assurances. Lessor and Lessee agree that at any time or from <br />time to time after the execution of this Lease, they shall, upon request of the other, <br />execute and deliver such further documents and do such further acts and things as <br />may be reasonable requested in order to fully effect the purpose of this Lease. <br />25.15 No joint Venture. Nothing contained in this Lease shall be deemed or <br />construed by the parties hereto or by any third party as creating the relationship of <br />principal and agent, a partnership or joint ventures between Lessor and Lessee.
