vendors, members of the public or others from foreseeable injury, or <br />damage to their property. <br />It shall be the Operator's responsibility to inspect, and identify, any <br />condition(s) that render any portion of the area under maintenance <br />unsafe as well as unsafe practices occurring thereon. The City of San <br />Leandro shall be notified immediately of any unsafe condition that <br />requires major correction. Operator shall be responsible for making <br />corrections including but not limited to filling holes in turf areas and <br />replacing valve box covers so as to protect members of the public or <br />others from injury. Operator shall cooperate fully with the City in the <br />investigation of any accidental injury or death occurring on the City golf <br />property. <br />1.2 PROTECTION OF PROPERTY DURING INCLEMENT <br />WEATHER: All waterways and drainage facilities shall be kept free of <br />debris and vegetation overgrowth at all times to ensure proper drainage. <br />During inclement weather, regular inspections shall be performed of all <br />waterways and drainage facilities with required erosion repairs made <br />immediately. All flooded area of the courses shall be pumped out as <br />needed to ensure that they remain safe and playable. <br />1.3 PESTICIDES: General: All materials used shall be in strict accordance <br />with and applied within the standards set forth in the EPA regulations <br />and the California Food and Agricultural Code and other applicable <br />laws.
