notified immediately of the reason for not abating the complaint <br />followed by a written report to the Golf Course Operations Manager <br />within five (5) calendar days. <br />1.7 MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES: All maintenance employees shall wear <br />uniforms bearing both the Operator's and the employees name for easy <br />identification while working on the property. In addition to the stated <br />identification requirements, maintenance workers shall be required to <br />wear hard hats, steel toe shoes, face masks and ear protection when <br />appropriate. <br />2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: <br />2.1 MAINTENANCE RECORDS: Operator shall maintain and keep a <br />report form that records all On -Going, Seasonal, and Additional Work, <br />and maintenance functions performed on a daily basis by the Operator's <br />personnel. Said report shall be in a form acceptable to the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager and shall be submitted to the City on a monthly <br />basis. The superintendent will provide an annual maintenance plan <br />(including aerification, seeding, fertilization, top dressing and other <br />project schedules) to the Golf Course Operations Manager and Pro Shop <br />staff. This plan may be used as a communication tool to keep staff and <br />guests informed of the scheduling of various maintenance practices. <br />2.2 TREES: All tree trimming shall be performed on a schedule approved by <br />the Golf Course Operations Manager and in accordance with the <br />pruning specifications. <br />C <br />
