following exceptions: a minimum of twenty-five (25) <br />pounds per thousand square feet of "pure live seed" <br />(PLS) will be used on all tees and drop areas <br />designated on the golf course. This is to include the <br />Driving Range tees. <br />2.12.4 Fairway Maintenance: Maintain all fairways in accordance with <br />accepted playability and industry standards at all times, <br />observing the following minimum requirements: <br />2.12.4.1 Mow fairways two (2) to three (3) times weekly at 5/8" <br />height. <br />2.12.4.2 Verticut fairways as necessary for turf health and <br />good playing condition. <br />2.12.4.3 Aerify all fairway at a frequency which corresponds to <br />standards used at other comparable courses, unless <br />otherwise pre -approved by the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager. Plugs will be removed or <br />pulverized. <br />2.12.4.4 Treat turf to control weeds, diseases, insects, and <br />other pests as necessary to maintain a weed free and <br />healthy turf. <br />2.12.5 Rough Maintenance: Maintain turf areas in accordance with <br />applicable industry standards as determined by the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager at all times, observing the following <br />minimum requirements: <br />25 <br />
