IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 76 (1219 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 002 <br />TO THE STATE -LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT <br />FOR STATE SHARE FUNDS NO. SLTPP-5041, <br />(FAIRMONT DRIVE, FAIRWAY DRIVE, FARALLON DRIVE) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 002 to be incorporated into the State -Local Transportation Partnership <br />Agreement No. SLTPP-5041 for State Share Funds entered into between the City of San Leandro and <br />the State of California on May 14, 1998, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this <br />Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 002. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 002 is hereby approved and the City Manager or his <br />authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />3rd day of August, 1998, by the following called vote <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />ATTEST: <br />— &tit, <br />Gay14 Pete en, City Clerk <br />
