IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />.. <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 79 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NO PARKING <br />VEHICLES OVER SIX FEET HIGH <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(TEAGARDEN STREET) <br />Recitals <br />(1022) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. There shall be no parking of vehicles over six feet high on streets or parts of <br />streets designated as follows: <br />TEAGARDEN STREET, north side of Teagarden, west of Alvarado Street for a distance <br />of 190 feet. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 9, Section 900 of the San <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />3rd day of August, 1998, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: Atk <br />ayle P ersen, City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />
