IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 81 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING RESTRICTED PARKING (FREIGHT LOADING ZONES) <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(HAYS STREET) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, <br />the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following streets or portions of streets are deleted as freight <br />loading zones: <br />HAYS STREET, east side, beginning 70 feet northerly of the extended north curb line of <br />West Joaquin Avenue, and extending 44 feet northerly; beginning 70 feet northerly of the <br />extended north curb line of West Estudillo Avenue and extending 40 feet northerly. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be deleted to Chapter 9, §915 of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />3rd day of August, 1998, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: 4it" Aw4i <br />Gayle Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />
