le <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 108 (2898) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE DAVIS STREET <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT, TIMOTHY DRIVE TO DONOVAN DRIVE, <br />PROJECT NO. 01-593-52-116, (FORMERLY 01-593-52-117) <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and K.J. Woods Construction, Inc., dated <br />April 16, 2001, Davis Street Sewer Improvement, Timothy Drive to Donovan Drive, Project <br />No. 01-593-52-116, (Formerly 01-593-52-117), has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he <br />therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said <br />conditions are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant <br />to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
