IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 127 (2924) <br />RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT TO REDGWICK CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, FOR WILLIAMS STREET WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 02-230-28-113 <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro did, on September 10, 2002, publicly open, examine and declare <br />all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in Resolution No. 2002-105 of the <br />Council of said City adopted on July 15, 2002, which resolution is hereby expressly referred to <br />for a description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said <br />resolution. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director who has <br />recommended that the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the lowest responsive bid for doing said <br />work. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein <br />mentioned, and hereby waives any irregularities in the proposal or bid of the lowest responsible <br />bidder, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible bidder, <br />therefore, to wit: Redgwick Construction Company, at the prices named in its bid on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 16th day of September 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
