• `' <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002-129 (2 6 3 9/ 2 9 30 ) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROJECT <br />SCOPING AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA) FOR ACTIA PROJECT NO. 19 - <br />EAST 14TH STREET/HESPERIAN BOULEVARD/150TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, <br />FOR MEASURE B 2000 CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, before Measure B capital project funds will be made available to local <br />agencies, the LOCAL AGENCY and the ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA) are required to enter into a master project funding <br />agreement, and subsequent project scoping agreements and/or specific project funding <br />agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, ACTIA requires as part of this agreement, a resolution authorizing an <br />official of the participating agency to execute said agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a project scoping agreement with the <br />Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority for Measure B 2000 capital project <br />funds for ACTIA Projects; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br />ACTIA in conjunction with the agreements. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 16th day of September 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
