Once time has expired, the SPONSOR will be deemed to have approved deletion of <br />that project, and the funds will be reallocated as Unused Funds as described in EXHIBIT "D", <br />Appendix B, "Policy Regarding the Definition and Use of Excess Revenues and Unused Funds". <br />(7) SPONSOR will be responsible for obtaining the Environmental Document Certification <br />from the appropriate agency or agencies as may be required. <br />(8) To advertise, award and administer any professional services contract for work on <br />PROJECTS not performed by SPONSOR's own forces. <br />(9) To invite ACTIA staff to participate as a voting member in the selection of professional <br />consultants and to furnish copies of the professional services contracts to ACTIA prior to <br />approval by the SPONSOR on contracts utilizing ACTIA funds. <br />Page 5 <br />
