ACTIA 2002-26.01 <br />XIX. PROGRAM REVIEW <br />This LBE/SLBE Program will be reviewed annually by the Authority. The Authority <br />may make such changes in the Program which are required to implement its goals and objectives. <br />The Executive Director will prepare a quarterly report on all Contracts awarded for the period to <br />be reviewed by the Authority. <br />XX. SEVERABILITY <br />The provisions of this LBE/SLBE Program are declared to be separate and severable. <br />The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this program, <br />or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall not affect the <br />validity of the remainder of this Program, or the validity of its application to other persons or <br />circumstances. <br />XXI.
