IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002- 145 (2908/1049/1103) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (PG&E) <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES AT <br />2194 WILLIAMS STREET, FIRE STATION #10 <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Grant of Easement to Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company for an access easement for maintenance of public utility <br />improvements on real property commonly known as 2194 Williams Street, described in the <br />Grant of Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this <br />21 st day of October 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />0 <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest_ <br />Jacquelyn Diaz, Interim City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />
