GENERAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, INC., <br />1596 HUDSON AVENUE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94124, as contractor, for a certain work of <br />improvement: To wit, CHABOT PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 01- <br />230-43-180. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Washington International Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 4th day of November 2002. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the CHABOT PARK <br />RESTROOM REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 01-230-43-180 is that of lease hold in certain <br />land designated as 1698 Estudillo Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
