GENERAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, INC., 1596 HUDSON AVENUE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94124, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, CHABOT PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 01- 230-43-180. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Washington International Insurance Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 4th day of November 2002. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the CHABOT PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 01-230-43-180 is that of lease hold in certain land designated as 1698 Estudillo Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
