That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Financial Pacific Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 4th day of November 2002. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ESTUDILLO <br />AVENUE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, PROJECT NO. 01-593-52-118 is that of lease <br />hold in certain land designated as 1698 Estudillo Avenue and public right-of-way in portions of <br />the public street designated as Estudillo Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
