The City Council approved the rezone, Planned Development, Master Sign Program, and Tentative <br />Tract Map 7382 for development of a new industrial business park. <br />2. An Initial Study has been conducted to evaluate potential adverse environmental impacts. <br />The City Council finds and determines that, when considering the record as a whole, there is no <br />evidence before the City that the proposed project will have potential for an adverse effect on the <br />wildlife resources or the habitat on which wildlife depends. <br />4.
