That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Financial Pacific Insurance Company. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 9th day of December 2002. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB LOCKER ROOM IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 01-16543-170 is that of fee simple in certain land designated as 401 Marina Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
