CMA TIP Fund Transfer Agreement No. CMATIP-008 <br />CMA TIP Project No. 008 <br />Widen Marina Boulevard — Alvarado to San Leandro <br />APPENDIX A <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCHEDULE <br />Widen Marina Boulevard — Alvarado to San Leandro <br />PROJECT: <br />PROJECT consists of street realignment of the south side of Marina Boulevard, allowing for a <br />double left turn lane median and pavement rehabilitation of the entire street between Alvarado <br />Street and San Leandro Blvd. PROJECT also includes railroad improvements to accommodate <br />the street realignment, landscape improvements and streetlights relocation. <br />CMA TIP ELIGIBLE COSTS: <br />CMA TIP ELIGIBLE COSTS consist of the following amounts for the activities described below. Costs <br />for each eligible activity shall not exceed the amount shown below. SPONSOR may submit a request in <br />writing to CMA for approval to shift funds between activities or to add or replace activities.
