CMA TIP Fund Transfer Agreement No. CMATIP-008 CMA TIP Project No. 008 Widen Marina Boulevard — Alvarado to San Leandro APPENDIX A PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCHEDULE Widen Marina Boulevard — Alvarado to San Leandro PROJECT: PROJECT consists of street realignment of the south side of Marina Boulevard, allowing for a double left turn lane median and pavement rehabilitation of the entire street between Alvarado Street and San Leandro Blvd. PROJECT also includes railroad improvements to accommodate the street realignment, landscape improvements and streetlights relocation. CMA TIP ELIGIBLE COSTS: CMA TIP ELIGIBLE COSTS consist of the following amounts for the activities described below. Costs for each eligible activity shall not exceed the amount shown below. SPONSOR may submit a request in writing to CMA for approval to shift funds between activities or to add or replace activities. Approval to shift funds between activities or to add or replace activities must be made in writing by the Executive Director of the CMA or a designee of the Executive Director.
